Returns, refunds & exchanges
Due to the products are used for private part, we aren't able to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for a different size.
However, if you receive your order and discover a problem such as a defect, missing item, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours, and we'll arrange a new one out for you!
Please inspect your product upon arrival. To ensure efficient handling, all claims regarding defects or damage must be submitted in time. Kindly email photos of the issue to our email: contact@cagink.com, and our team will work closely with you to arrange a suitable resolution—whether a replacement or a full refund.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you refuse to accept a delivery on purpose, a 50% restocking fee and shipping fee will be charged.
Cancellation
1. The order can be cancelled before shipment. Please note that any order cancellation is subject to a 6% transaction fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund, as it is imposed by the payment gateway and is non-refundable to us.
2. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out usually. If the item shipped out and you want to cancel it, we will charge you 20% as handling fee and shipping fee if the item can be intercepted and recalled back.
If it shipped out but can't recalled back, order can't be canceled.
Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a confirmation email. This notification will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method or credit card within 3 to 5 business days.
If rejected, we will provide a clear explanation via email.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn't shown up, we recommend taking the following steps. First, review your bank account activity. If the refund isn't reflected, your bank may also require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Lost Packages During Transit
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit, we are unable to issue a refund. Instead, we will replace the lost order at no additional charge to you. For further details, kindly refer to our Shipping Policy.
Lost Packages After Delivery
If your package is marked as delivered but goes missing afterward, it is not eligible for a refund.
Sizing issues
We encourage all buyers to consider the size carefully before placing an order. Buyer can check this guide for how to measure your size.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@cagink.com and then we will inform you the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Important Note:
We cannot accept returns for used or worn items due to hygiene reasons.
Some items are not eligible for return, including personalized custom-made products, underwear, pantyhose, dildo, latex products or sexy toys. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
EU CUSTOMERS
Products manufactured to customer‑specified requirements—including size, configuration, accessories, and other custom choices—are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
All withdrawal requests must be submitted and will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis. Please note that submission does not guarantee approval.
